FOR 28 YEARS, WNC HEALTH NETWORK, INC HAS WORKED WITH LOCAL AND REGIONAL PARTNERS TO CREATE HEALTHY AND THRIVING COMMUNITIES ACROSS WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA. WE CONTRIBUTE BY: COLLECTING, CURATING AND COMMUNICATING HIGH-QUALITY, REGIONAL, POPULATION LEVEL HEALTH DATA; SUPPORTING AND ENHANCING HEALTH COMMUNICATIONS; AND CONTRIBUTING TO AND BUILDING LOCAL AND REGIONAL CAPACITY TO PLAN, FACILITATE, IMPLEMENT AND EVALUATE COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT EFFORTS THAT ADDRESS KEY HEALTH ISSUES AND HEALTH INEQUITIES.
