WE PROVIDE HEALTH, DENTAL AND MENTAL HEALTH CARE TO MEDICAID INSURED AND UNINSURED LOW-INCOME FAMILIES OF FAUQUIER AND RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTIES. THE PROGRAM PROVIDED OVER 9,700 PATIENT CARE VISITS TO A TOTAL OF 1,840 DIFFERENT PATIENTS IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITH THE HELP OF MORE THAN 250 LOCAL VOLUNTEERS. IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING DIRECT PATIENT CARE THE CLINIC CONNECTED PEOPLE TO FREE MEDICATION PROGRAMS AND DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES VALUED IN MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.
