TCWI REALIZED A PUBLIC NEED TO PROVIDE HOME EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS TRAINING FOR RESIDENTS. THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 LOCKDOWNS AND STAY AT HOME ORDERS. LEVERAGING THE TCWI PRESIDENTS PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AS AN EMERGENCY MANAGER FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, PLANNING AND PREPARATION BEGAN TO DESIGN A TCWI EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS ACADEMY WHICH WOULD EVENTUALLY TRAIN A CADRE OF ADVANCED STUDENT TO FACILITATE TEACHING RESIDENTS EMERGENCY PREPARATION KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES. TCWI SETTING ASIDE $10,000 OF TCWI CASH-ON-HAND TO FUND AN INITIAL ANALYSIS, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION, AND EVALUATION PROJECT TO PROTOTYPE THE ACADEMY PROGRAM. TCWI REALIZED A NEW PUBLIC NEED TO PRESENT ITS STRESS MITIGATION TRAINING THROUGH AN ONLINE LIVE VIDEO CONFERENCING PLATFORM, WHICH IT DID NOT CURRENT HAVE. TCWI BEGAN TO REDESIGN ITS IN-PERSON INSTRUCTOR LED PRESENTATIONS TO ADAPT TO ONLINE LIVE VIDEO PRESENTATION. THIS MEANT A TOTAL REWRITE AND REPURPOSING THE TCWI CURRICULUM. IN PERSON INSTRUCTOR LED CLASSES WERE SUSPENDED WHEN STAY AT HOME ORDERS WERE ISSUED. TCWI REMAINS COMMITTED TO ITS 2019 VISION TO CONTINUE TO ESTABLISH A VIETNAM RETREAT CENTER. IT MAINTAINS ITS COMMITMENT TO SERVE A GLOBAL COMMUNITY OF EDUCATE & TRAIN PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY FACILITATORS IN BEST PRACTICES FOR MITIGATING A GLOBAL STRESS EPIDEMIC ILLNESS. CONDUCT WEEKLY SESSIONS TO TEACH, EDUCATE BEST PRACTICES IN THE SCIENCE OF STRESS ELIMINATION. TCWIS CURRENT WEWORK LOCATION CONTINUES LOGICALLY TO BE BEST SUITED FOR MEET-UP GROUPS, 12 STEP GROUPS, MEDITATION MINI-RETREAT WEEKENDS, AND LIVE VIDEO CONFERENCING.
