THE GEM COMMUNITY CITIZENS PROJECT GROUP ADDRESSES VARIOUS COMMUNITY NEEDS SUCH AS NUTRITION AND WELLNESS FOR SENIORS, ACCESS TO FOOD FOR HOMEBOUND INDIVIDUALS AND PROGRAMS TO HELP PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY LIVE HEALTHY AND ACTIVE LIFESTYLES.

THE HAYDEN SENIOR CENTER IS THE PRIMARY PROGRAM UNDER GCCPG. WE HAVE 3 PAID STAFF MEMBERS AND SEVERAL VOLUNTEERS TO OPERATE THE SENIOR CENTER ACTIVITIES. VOLUNTEER HOURS WERE AT 4327 IN 2023 AS COMPARED TO 4180 IN 2022. MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS CAN ATTEND ANY OF OUR ACTIVITIES.
