UTAH YOUTH LEADERSHIP SEMINAR HELD ANNUALLY AT SNOW COLLEGE IN EPHRAIM FOR ONE WEEK. APPROX. 100 STUDENTS BENEFIT FROM INSTRUCTION IN LEADERSHIP, ESTEEM AND ELECTRICAL SAFETY, AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO SOME OF THE YOUTH. DUE TO THE WORLDWIDE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, NO LARGE GATHERINGS WERE PERMITTED WHICH PREVENTED THE SEMINAR FROM OCCURING DURING 2020 AND 2021.
