WILL STRIVE FOR QUALITY, RELIABLE, AFFORDABLE EDUCATION AND CARE IN A SAFE AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT TO ENSURE THAT FAMILIES CAN BE CONTRIBUTORS TO THE COMMUNITY AND PROVIDERS FOR THEIR FAMILIES.
