UN-REPEATING THE CYCLE - EVIDENCE-BASED YOUTH PROGRAMMING PROVIDING CASE MANAGEMENT, AGGRESSION REPLACEMENT TRAINING, MENTORING, CAREER READINESS, FAMILY NIGHTS, COLLEGE TOURS, AND FIELD TRIPS TO THE MOST VULNERABLE YOUTH IN THE COMMUNITY.

IVY LEAGUE - PEER MENTORING PROGRAM FOR YOUTH WHO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM AND MADE SIGNIFICANT LIFE OUTCOME CHANGES. THEY SERVE AS MENTORS FOR OTHER YOUTH COMING THROUGH THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.
