TO DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT AND SUSTAIN A VISION FOR RESPONSIBLE AND INSPIRED GROWTH FOR THE NEXT FOUR DECADES. THROUGH COLLABORATION, COMMUNICATION, ANALYTICS AND INNOVATION, THE THRIVE REGIONAL PARTNERSHIP WILL OPTIMIZE COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES WHILE PROTECTING THE NATURAL TREASURES AND LANDSCAPES THAT DEFINE THIS SPECIAL PLACE. REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE IS A PROGRAM TO ADDRESS THE SAFE AND EFFICIENT MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE, PRODUCTS AND DATA ACROSS AND THROUGHOUT THE REGION.
NATURAL TREASURES IS A PROGRAM TO SUSTAIN LOCALLY SOURCED FOOD, RENEWABLE FORESTS, CLEAN AIR, FRESH WATER, AND OUTDOOR RECREATION FOR THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF THE REGION'S PEOPLE.
