WE PARTNER WITH STAKEHOLDER EMPLOYERS, EDUCATORS AND COMMUNITY TO CREATE PROGRAMS THAT REDUCE CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC BARRIERS TO PARTICIPATING IN THE TECH ECONOMY. WE PROVIDE IN-PERSON INSTRUCTION: LECTURES SUPPLEMENTED BY LABS, MANY OF WHICH INVOLVE LOCALLY EMPLOYED MENTORS, AS WELL AS PROJECTS AND NETWORKING EVENTS TO HIGHLIGHT SOFTWARE INDUSTRY CULTURE, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, AND OTHER SOFT SKILLS.
