AT THE CONCLUSION OF YEAR 1 OF THE TSL GRANT, CSL WAS ON TRACK TO MEET PERFORMANCE MEASURES THAT ARE IN PLACE FOR THE DURATION OF THE GRANT, 10/1/21 9/30/24.TEACHER AND SCHOOL LEADER INCENTIVE PROGRAM: A TARGET OF HAVING A MINIMUM OF 80% OF EDUCATORS IN TARGETED SUPPORT AND IMPROVEMENT SCHOOLS WILL ATTAIN HIGHLY EFFECTIVE OR EFFECTIVE RATING RESULTED IN THE FOLLOWING FROM YEAR 1: 26 SCHOOLS WERE SERVED THAT WERE CONSIDERED BY THE STATE OF ARKANSAS TO BE D (TARGETED) OR F (IMPROVEMENT) SCHOOLS. THIS CONSISTED OF 944 TEACHERS AND 72 SCHOOL LEADERS FOR A TOTAL OF 1,016. 724 TEACHERS AND 34 SCHOOL LEADERS (75% OF EDUCATORS) RECEIVED RATINGS OF EFFECTIVE OR HIGHLY EFFECTIVE.
