ZETA CHARTER SCHOOLS, INC. BUILDS AND SUPPORTS THE ZETA CHARTER SCHOOLS NYC ("THE SCHOOL") NETWORK OF HIGH PERFORMING SCHOOLS THAT FORGE THRIVING COMMUNITIES OF LIFELONG LEARNERS, PROBLEM SOLVERS AND INNOVATORS. THE NETWORK CURRENTLY HAS TWO SUBLEASE AGREEMENTS WITH THE SCHOOL, AND ON JULY 20, 2021, THE NETWORK ENTERED INTO A THIRD SUBLEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE SCHOOL.THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES STARTUP AND ONGOING ACADEMIC, BUSINESS AND DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT TO THE SCHOOLS. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 873 STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE NETWORK'S K-1 EDUCATIONAL CORPORATION FOR THE 2020-2021 ACADEMIC YEAR.
