CLINICAL TRIAL: THE FOUNDATION CONTINUED TO CONDUCT THE FIRST IN-HUMAN, CLINICAL TRIALS OF LIVE-CELL, NONHUMAN ORGAN TRANSPLANTS. THE END-GOAL FOR THIS RESEARCH IS TO DEVELOP AND PRODUCE TRANSPLANTS AND PRODUCTS TO TREAT SEVERE BURNS. THE ORGANIZATION'S PRESIDENT & CEO IS LARGELY RESPONSIBLE FOR RUNNING AND MANAGING THE CLINICAL TRIALS, ALONG WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF VOLUNTEER AND OUTSIDE-CONTRACTED SCIENTISTS.
