PROVIDE SUPPORT AND INFORMATIONAL RESOURCES FOR INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED BY HEMANGIOMAS, PORT WINE STAINS AND OTHER VASCULAR BIRTHMARKS AND TUMORS, AND SPONSORED RELEVANT RESEARCH
AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS TO INDIVIDUALS WITH VASCULAR BIRTHMARKS WHO ARE PRODUCTIVE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES AND SCHOOLS AND WHO AGREE TO PROMOTE THE VBF ON CAMPUS. THE ABBY CIZIRR PHYSICIAN GRANT WAS ALSO AWARDED TO GIVE PHYSICIAN RECIPIENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO FURTHER THEIR STUDIES ON VASCULAR BIRTHMARKS. THE WEBER FUND WAS ESTABLISHED TO HELP NEEDY FAMILIES PAY FOR TRAVEL EXPENSES IN CONNECTION TO KLIPPEL-TRENAUNAY SYNDROME.
