ADVOCACY:CDN SEEKS TO CREATE SOLUTIONS WHICH ULTIMATELY IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND HEALTH OF YOUNG ADULTS LIVING WITH DIABETES, TO HELP THEM STAY SAFER AND BE MORE SUCCESSFUL IN THEIR ENDEAVORS. OUR ROBUST ECOSYSTEM OF MORE THAN 38,000 BUILDS BRIDGES AND FOSTERS COLLABORATIONS ACROSS STAKEHOLDERS WHO SUPPORT YOUNG ADULTS WITH DIABETES; FROM CLINICIANS, TO CAMPUS ADMINISTRATORS, TO PARENTS.
