SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS - WE SEEK TO MEET THE UNIQUE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF THE ANABAPTIST COMMUNITY BY PRODUCING INNOVATIVE AND RELEVANT ECONOMIC SEMINARS AND WE CONDUCT BUSINESS SEMINARS WHICH INTEGRATE FAITH AND FINANCES. WE PRESENT ANNUAL BUSINESS SEMINARS IN THE LARGE ANABAPTIST COMMUNITIES OF LANCASTER COUNTY, PA AND HOLMES COUNTY, OH. WE ALSO PROVIDE SEMINARS ON A ROTATING BASIS IN OTHER STATES WITH CONSERVATIVE ANABAPTIST POPULATION CENTERS. BUSINESS WORKSHOPS ARE CLASSROOM STYLE AND RUN FOR TWO DAYS. FAMILY FINANCE SEMMINARS PROVIDES EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR DEACONS, FINANCIAL ADVISORS, AND TRUTEES WHICH ASSISTS THEM IN TEACHING FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP AND IN GUIDING FAMILIES WHO ARE STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY.
ANABAPTIST BUSINESS ADVISING - WE SEEK TO MEET THE UNIQUE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF TRADITIONAL ANABAPTISTS BY PROVIDING ECONOMIC AND BUSINESS ADVISING SERVICES TO THE ANABAPTIST BUSINESS COMMUNITY. ADVISORS FROM THIS PROGRAM ARE EXCLUSIVELY SELECTED FROM WITHIN THE TRADITIONAL COMMUNITY. THEY INTERWEAVE RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, AND EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS ADVICE TO MENTOR ANABAPTISTS INDIVIDUALLY. IN SO DOING THEY SIMULTANEOUSLY ENHANCE THE COMMUNITYS FAITH AND ECONOMICS. WE TEACH ANABAPTISTS HOW TO BE WISE STEWARDS OF THEIR GOD-GIVEN RESOURCES AND HOW TO LIVE OUT THEIR RELIGIOUS CONVICTIONS WITHIN THEIR BUSINESS OPERATIONS. WE ALSO HELP ANABAPTISTS DEVELOP CHARITABLE HEARTS FOR THE STRUGGLING MEMBERS OF THE ANABAPTIST COMMUNITY, AND FOR THOSE IN POVERTY AROUND THE WORLD.
EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES - WE PROVIDE WRITTEN AND RECORDED EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS FOR ANABAPTISTS THROUGH THIS PROGRAM. THESE MATERIALS INCLUDE CD RECORDINGS OF ITS SEMINARS, BOOKLETS WHICH ARE WRITTEN BY OUR PERSONNEL, AND OTHER PUBLISHED MATERIALS WHICH ARE SELECTED ESPECIALLY FOR ANABAPTIST AUDIENCES. WE PROVIDE LEARNING RESOURCES THAT INTEGRATE BIBLICAL AND ANABAPTIST PRINCIPLES WITH PRACTICAL BUSINESS WISDOM FOR THE ANABAPTIST COMMUNITY. OUR RESOURCES HELP ANABAPTIST FAMILIES FACE THE CHALLENGES OF THE 21ST CENTURY.
