PROVISION OF SERVICES PERTAINING TO VARIOUS RESEARCH ACTIVITIES INCLUDING CENTERS FOR CLINICAL TRIALS AND CANCER RESEARCH, HEALTH SERVICES AND OUTCOMES RESEARCH, TRAUMA RESEARCH AND OTHER HEALTH RELATED RESEARCH CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE.
