THE MISSION OF THE WEST ATLANTIC REDEVELOPMENT COALITION (WARC) IS TO ADVANCE REDEVELOPMENT TO IMPROVE THE ECONOMIC, SOCIAL, AND CULTURAL FUTURE OF THE WEST ATLANTIC COMMUNITY.

COMMUNITY POWER - OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMMING TO SUPPORT GRASSROOTS AND NATURALLY OCCURRING ORGANIZING STRATEGIES THAT CENTER COMMUNITY VOICE, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND POWER BUILDING.
GENERAL PROGRAMS - MANAGEMENT OF THE COALITION'S PLATFORM OF COMMUNITY POWER, STRATEGIC PARTNERS, PROJECTS, FUNDRAISING, STORYTELLING, MARKETING, LEGAL, AND ACCOUNTING.
LEGACY HOUSING - PROTECTING, PRESERVING, AND RESTORING THE EXISTING OWNERSHIP OF HOUSING STOCK TO PROTECT AND RESIST AGAINST COMPLETE DISPLACEMENT AND GENTRIFICATION OF THE SET NEIGHBORHOOD.
