EVENTS: HOSTED VARIOUS EVENTS FOR MEMBERS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO PROMOTE THE INDUSTRY, BUILD NETWORKING FOR MEMBERS, TO SHARE IDEAS, TO DISCUSS ISSUES, AND TO BUILD CAMARADERIE. SOME OF THESE EVENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS, HORSESHOE EVENT, HOLIDAY PARTY, AND SEVERAL FAMILY CENTERED EVENTS. ALL MEMBERS WERE INVITED TO ALL EVENTS.
EDUCATION: THERE WERE 20 CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES OFFERED FOR MEMBERS. THESE COURSES ALLOWED PARTICIPANTS TO RECEIVE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT NEEDED FOR LICENSE RENEWAL. PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATION COURSES AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS WERE ALSO AVAILABLE.
