EVERGREEN OF GREENVILLE, INC. (THE ORGANIZATION) IS A PRIVATE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO REVITALIZING THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT OF GREENVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA. ORIGINALLY FOUNDED IN 1983, EVERGREEN OF GREENVILLE, INC. WAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS UPTOWN GREENVILLE AND CURRENTLY OPERATES AS DOWNTOWN GREENVILLE PARTNERSHIP.
