ONE SERRRA CONFERENCE IS HELD ANNUALLY FOR ALL EDUCATORS CONCERNED WITH PRIMARY LEVEL LITERACY: READING RECOVERY PERSONNEL, CLASSROOM TEACHERS, SPECIAL EDUCATORS, ADMINISTRATORS, RESEARCHERS, LITERACY COACHES AND SPECIALISTS, PROGRAM COORDINATORS, ETC.
