ELDER SERVICES - CIVIC WORKS PROVIDES THE FACILITATION OF AGING-IN-PLACE THROUGH FALL PREVENTION, CASE MANAGEMENT AND CONNECTION TO SERVICES.
AMERICORPS PROGRAM-PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE EMPLOYMENT TRAINING WHILE PERFORMING ESSENTIAL SERVICES (E.G. REHAB OF LOW-INCOME HOUSING AND CONVERTING VACANT LOTS TO PARKS AND GARDENS). CIVIC WORKS PARTICIPANTS TUTOR & MENTOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS.
