THE CORPORATION IS A CONDUIT FOR FUNDRAISING TO SOLICIT CONTRIBUTIONS AND GRANTS FOR MOUNT ROGERS COMMUNITY SERVICES. IT HOLDS REAL ESTATE INTERESTS WHICH IT RENTS TO THE MOUNT ROGERS COMMUNITY SERVICES TO OPERATE MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES.

PROVIDING, MAINTAINING AND OPERATING A HOME (INCLUDING TEMPORARY SHELTER) FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROTECTING, TRAINING AND EDUCATING DEPENDENT CHILDREN.
