HOPE ADMINISTERS STATE AND FEDERAL ASSISTANCE AND INTERVENTION PROGRAMS TO PREVENT HOMELESSNESS, PROVIDE RAPID RE-HOUSING AND PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING.
