MANNA'S MISSION IS TO OFFER AND ADVOCATE FOR QUALITY, EQUITABLE, SAFE AND SUSTAINABLE HOUSING BY PRESERVING AND CREATING AFFORDABLE FOR-SALE AND RENTAL HOUSING AND PROVIDE PATHWAYS FOR LONG-TERM HOMEOWNERSHIP. MANNA'S EXPANDED REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO INCLUDES OVER 300 EXISTING AFFORDABLE UNITS THAT ARE PLANNED FOR RECAPITALIZATION AND RENOVATION, AND OVER 215,000 SQUARE FEET OF HOUSING TO BE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED. OVERCOMING BARRIERS IN ACCESS TO HOMEOWNERSHIP, MANNA HAS ACQUIRED LAND TO DEVELOP 30 CONDOMINIUM UNITS TO BE SOLD AT AFFORDABLE PRICE POINTS TO LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME PURCHASERS.
