THE ORGANIZATION GAVE OUT FARMERS' MARKET FOOD CERTIFICATES TO RECIPIENTS AND PEOPLE CAN COME ONCE EVERY 30 DAYS TO THE CARES FOOD PANTRY.KEY STATISTICS OF THE COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM FOR FY 2022 ARE AS FOLLOWS:-730 FAMILIES WERE PROVIDED FOOD PACKAGES-271 FAMILIES PROVIDED EVICTION PREVENTION SUPPORT OF $135,078-SEE SCHEDULE I FOR MORE DETAILS
HOMELESS AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES - PROVIDES HOUSING TO HELP BALTIMORE CITY AND THE STATE OF MARYLAND TO MEET THEIR GOALS TO END HOMELESSNESS. THESE PROGRAMS ARE COMPREHENSIVE, PROVIDING SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AND LINKS TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES, AIMED AT HELPING INDIVIDUALS TO ACHIEVE THE GREATEST LEVEL OF SELF-SUFFICIENCY POSSIBLE AND ACHIEVE POSITIVE GOALS. THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES HARFORD HOUSE, AND MICAH HOUSE. DURING THE YEAR 50 INDIVIDUALS WERE PROVIDED PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING.
REAL ESTATE SERVICES - UNDERTAKES REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES IN RESPONSE TO COMMUNITY NEEDS AND OPPORTUNITIES. THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES DEVELOPING AN AFFORDABLE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY IN BALTIMORE CITY AT THE FORMER SITE OF MEMORIAL STADIUM KNOWN AS STADIUM PLACE.
