THE PURPOSE OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER IS TO INCUBATE SMALL BUSINESS. THE CENTER HAS HELPED MANY COMPANIES TO OUTGROW THE CENTER. THEIR ARE CURRENTLY TWENTY ONE TENANTS. THE CENTER EXPERIENCED HIGHER EXPENSES THAN NORMAL IN THE FISCAL YEAR DUE TO THE COSTS OF MAINTAINING AN AGING BUILDING, PARTICULARLY ELEVATORS AND HVAC UNITS.
