PROVIDE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO THE SUBSIDIARIES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ACCOUNTING, FINANCE, LEGAL, AND PERSONNEL), WILL SPONSOR AND MANAGE ALL RELEVANT PENSION AND BENEFIT PLANS FOR ITSELF AND THE SUBSIDIARIES, AND WILL COORDINATE POLICY-MAKING AND LONG-RANGE STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR THE SUBSIDIARIES.
