SINCE 1952, NEW AVENUES HAS PROVIDED HOMES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES IN INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITIES. EACH PERSON RECEIVES A PERSONALIZED SERVICE PLAN TO GUIDE THEIR DEVELOPMENT OF SKILLS FOR GREATER INDEPENDENCE. OUR PROFESSIONAL STAFF AND CONSULTANTS DELIVER A FULL RANGE OF ASSISTIVE THERAPIES-SUCH AS SPEECH, MUSIC, RECREATIONAL, PHYSICAL, AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY-TAILORED TO INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND GOALS. OUR CLINICAL SERVICES TEAM, INCLUDING NURSES, ENSURES COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CARE AND SUPPORT FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL SERVED.
