THE INDUSTRIAL PROGRAM PROVIDES JOB TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED RESIDENTS OF KNOX COUNTY. THE PROGRAM MANUFACTURES VARIOUS INVENTORY ITEMS FOR RESALE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND FOR-PROFIT CONTRACTORS.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS WHICH ENABLES THEM TO LIVE AND GROW IN A CLEAN SAFE AND SUPERVISED ENVIRONMENT.
THE VOCATIONAL PROGRAM OFFERS REHABILITATION SERVICES TO DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS ALLOWING THEM TO LEARN BASIC LIFE SKILLS AND THRIVE IN A SEMI-INDEPENDENT HOME ENVIRONMENT.
