TO ELIMINATE THE PSYCHOLOGICAL STEREOTYPES, PHYSICAL BARRIERS, AND OUTDATED ATTITUDES THAT PREVENT SOCIAL AND CIVIC INCLUSION. TO CHAMPION THE LAWS AND MOVEMENTS THAT WORK TO ENSURE THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES.

FISCAL EMPLOYER AGENTRY MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND ATTENDANT CARE SERVICES PROVIDE EMPLOYER AGENT SERVICES TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND SENIORS RECEIVING MEDICAID WAIVER SERVICES OR STATE-FUNDED SERVICES WHO CHOOSE TO RECEIVE SERVICES AT HOME AND IN THEIR COMMUNITY. THESEAGENT SERVICES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO ACTING AS CONDUIT FOR PUBLIC SERVICE FUNDS, TRAINING CONSUMER ON EMPLOYER-RELATED TASKS, INSURING THAT DIRECT CARE WORKERS AND VENDORS ARE PAID IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL TAX AND LABOR MANDATES AND REPORTING FINANCIAL ACTIVITY TO PARTICIPANTS AND FUNDING BODIES. 600+ INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES RECEIVED ASSISTANCE WITH EMPLOYER RELATED FUNCTIONS, PAYROLL, AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO HIRE ASSISTANCE WORKERS TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO ASSIST THEM IN THEIR HOME.
NURSING HOME TRANSITIONS - ADJUNCT SERVICES SUPPORTED BY COUNTY AND STATE FUNDING ON BOTH A FEE-FOR-SERVICE BASIS AND ACTUAL COST TO SERVICE BASIS. THEY PROVIDE ADAPTATIONS TO HOMES OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND SENIORS WHO RECEIVE MEDICAID WAIVER AND OTHER FUNDING IN ORDER TO INCREASES EASE OF USE, SAFETY, COMFORT, SECURITY AND INDEPENDENCE AT HOME. INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES WERE MOVED FROM NURSING FACILITIES TO THEIR HOME AND IN THEIR COMMUNITY.
CORE SERVICES - FUNDED BY GRANTS FROM THE OFFICE OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION - SERVICES INCLUDE INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS, PEER COUNSELING, SELF-ADVOCACY AND INFORMATION AND REFERRAL. ALSO INCLUDED IS THE INDEPENDENT LIVING IS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES. THIS SERVICE ASSISTS PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES FIND EMPLOYMENT AND ALSO TEACH THEM JOB INTERVIEW SKILLS. INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES RECEIVED A COORDINATION OF SUPPORTS IN ORDER TO REMAIN IN THEIR HOME AND IN THEIR COMMUNITY.
