VRC PREVIOUSLY DEVELOPED, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH VANDALIA HERITAGE FOUNDATION, ITS SISTER ORGANIZATION, THE EAST WHEELING NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROJECT, WHICH CREATED NEW, QUALITY AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING IN A BLIGHTED NEIGHBORHOOD. IN 2020 FOLLOWING REALIZATION OF IT'S DISPOSITION PLAN, VRC REMAINED AVALIABLE TO PARTNER WITH AND SUPPORT VHF'S MISSION AND OBJECTIVES, SHARING COMMON GOALS OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION IN OUR TARGET AREAS.
