NRMC'S MISSION IS TO INSPIRE EFFECTIVE RISK MANAGEMENT AND RISK CHAMPIONS ACROSS THE NONPROFIT SECTOR. NRMC PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, MEMBER SUPPORT, TRAINING, WEB APPLICATIONS AND CONSULTING HELP COVERING A WIDE SPAN OF RISK ISSUES.

CONSULTING SERVICES - NRMC IS A TRUSTED ADVISOR TO LARGE AND COMPLEX NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, FEDERATIONS AND UMBRELLA GROUPS. NRMC'S CONSULTING FUNCTION EMPOWERS LEADERSHIP TEAMS TO STRENGTHEN THEIR RISK MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES. EXAMPLES OF CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS INCLUDE RISK ASSESSMENTS, INSURANCE COVERAGE REVIEWS, THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORKS, GOVERNANCE ASSESSMENTS, YOUTH PROTECTION PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT, AND THE DESIGN AND DELIVERY OF CUSTOM TRAINING PROGRAMS AND MATERIALS. NRMC ALSO DEVELOPS RISK-THEMED WEB PORTALS FOR USE BY NONPROFIT LEADERS, AS WELL AS CUSTOM VERSIONS OF WEB APPLICATIONS FOR THE MEMBERS, AFFILIATES, CHAPTERS AND CUSTOMERS OF LARGE ORGANIZATIONS.
