STRENGTHENING ORGANIZATIONS: PROGRAMMING AND SERVICES CUSTOMIZED FOR ORGANIZATIONS, LEVERAGING CURRICULUM FOCUSED ON LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, AND RACIAL EQUITY. IT ALSO INCLUDES PARTNERSHIPS WITH FOUNDATIONS TO BUILD THE CAPACITY OF ORGANIZATIONS, INCLUDING TEAM-BASED COHORT PROGRAMS, SUCH AS PEOPLE PRACTICES FOR RACE EQUITY ALIGNMENT.


INFLUENCING THE SECTOR: PROGRAMMING AND RESOURCES THAT INFLUENCE THE SOCIAL SECTOR TO ACCELERATE RACIAL EQUITY AND LEADERSHIP THROUGH RESEARCH, CONVENING, AND COLLABORATION.
