MEMBERSHIP: MAINTAINED MEMBERSHIP DATABASE AND COMMUNICATED WITH MEMBERS ON A REGULAR BASIS REGARDING ACCREDITATION, CERTIFICATION, AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES.
