CHARLES COUNTY CHARITABLE TRUST IS INVOLVED IN MANAGING THE DECISION-MAKING PROCESS IN GRANT AWARDS, MONITORING THE GRANTS AWARDED, MAKE SITE VISITS TO GRANTEES, REVIEW MID-YEAR AND FINAL GRANT REPORTS FROM GRANTEE ORGANIZATIONS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR REPRESENTATIVES OF NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN A COMPREHENSIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCE. PARTICIPANTS LEARN TO DEVELOP INDIVIDUALIZED FUNDRAISING PROGRAM PLANS THAT INTEGRATE FUNDRAISING, MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS TO INCREASE OVERALL FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND ASSURE SUSTAINABILITY.
