THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR WHICH MARTHA JEFFERSON HEALTH SERVICES CORPORATION (HEREIN THE "CORPORATION") IS ORGANIZED IS TO CARRY OUT THE OBLIGATIONS AND EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF THE CORPORATION SPECIFIED IN THE AFFILIATION AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2011 BY AND AMONG SENTARA HEALTHCARE, THE CORPORATION, SENTATA MARTHA JEFFERSON HOSPITAL, MARTHA JEFFERSON HOSPITAL FOUNDATION, MJH FOUNDATION, MARTHA JEFFERSON MEDICAL ENTERPRISES, INC.
