CIR ORDINARILY HAS PENDING APPROXIMATELY 5-10 CASES THAT RAISE FEDERAL OR STATE QUESTIONS OF FIRST IMPRESSION. CIR SPECIALIZES IN CASES INVOLVING FREE SPEECH, RACE DISCRIMINATION, CONGRESS'S ENUMERATED POWERS, AND DUE PROCESS.
