ARTESIA ARTS COUNCIL DEVELOPS AND PROMOTES COMMUNITY INTEREST IN THE ARTS AND ENRICHES LIFE IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO THROUGH PROFESSIONAL ARTIST CONCERTS, FINE ARTS CLASSES, PERFORMING ARTS CLASSES, AND ART GALLERIES.

THE ARTESIA ARTS COUNCIL EDUCATION PROGRAM OFFERS A MIXTURE OF PRIVATE/GROUP ART AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT LESSONS, AND WORKSHOPS. DURING THE TWO MONTHS THAT MADE UP THIS SHORT PERIOD OF 05/01/21 THROUGH 06/30/21, THE ORGANIZATION HOSTED A MOVIE PREMIER, WHICH HAD 100 PATRONS.


THE ARTESIA ARTS COUNCIL EDUCATION PROGRAM OFFERS A MIXTURE OF PRIVATE/GROUP ART AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT LESSONS, WORKSHOPS AND CAMPS. DURING THIS YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION HOSTED A THEATRE CAMP DURING SPRING BREAK OF MARCH 21 - 25, 2022 AND MISSOULA CHILDREN'S THEATRE CAMP JUNE 27 - 30, 2022.


THE ARTESIA ARTS COUNCIL WERE ABLE TO RESUME SOME PROFESSIONAL SHOW PROGRAMS. THE ORGANIZATION HAD FIVE PROFESSIONAL SHOWS IN TOTAL SUCH AS: THE GLENN MILLER ORCHESTRA, SONS OF THE PIONEERS, AND GEORGE CASEY THE KING OF BLARNEY.
