SUPPORT FOR ARTS PROGRAMMING FOR CHILDREN AND SPECIAL POPULATIONS IN THE COMMUNITY. HEARTS FOR THE ARTS PROGRAMS INCLUDE: THE GRACE MUSEUM, ABILENE PHILHARMONIC, AND NATIONAL CENTER FOR CHILDREN'S ILLUSTRATED LITERATURE STUDENT TOURS, YOUNG AUDIENCES PROGRAMMING AND RESIDENCIES WITHIN REGION 14 SCHOOLS, AND THE CENTER FOR CONTEMPORARY ARTS ARTREACH PROGRAM.
SUPPORT FOR THE CHILDREN'S ART AND LITERACY FESTIVAL, AN ANNUAL EVENT THAT PROMOTES CHILDREN'S LITERACY BY SHOWCASING CHILDREN'S ILLUSTRATED LITERATURE AND THE ARTWORK OF THE ILLUSTRATORS.
