FOCUSED ON MAKING LUBBOCK AN "ARTS DESTINATION" FOR RESIDENTS AND VISITORS, DESIGNATED BY THE STATE OF TEXAS AS A CULTURAL DISTRICT. EFFORTS INCLUDED A COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING CAMPAIGN, WEEKLY NEWSLETTERS, A DEDICATED WEBSITE, AND COOPERATIVE PROGRAMMING. THIS PROGRAM SERVES 250 WORKING ARTISTS AND 40 ARTS ORGANIZATIONS.
