PROVIDED THE BEST VISUAL, PERFORMING, AND CHILDREN'S ART PROGRAMS IN A COMMUNITY-WIDE CELEBRATION OF THE ARTS BY HIGHLIGHTING LOCAL, REGIONAL, AND NATIONAL ARTISTS TO AN AUDIENCE OF OVER 20,000 INDIVIDUALS AND 2,500+ SCHOOL CHILDREN.


FOCUSED ON MAKING LUBBOCK AN "ARTS DESTINATION" FOR RESIDENTS AND VISITORS, DESIGNATED BY THE STATE OF TEXAS AS A CULTURAL DISTRICT. EFFORTS INCLUDED A COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING CAMPAIGN, WEEKLY NEWSLETTERS, A DEDICATED WEBSITE, AND COOPERATIVE PROGRAMMING. THIS PROGRAM SERVES 250 WORKING ARTISTS AND 40 ARTS ORGANIZATIONS.
