SUPPORTIVE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED DAILY THAT INCLUDE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL FITNESS PROGRAMS, WELLNESS EDUCATION, HEALTH SCREENINGS. MEALS SERVED ONSITE AND DELIVERED TO THE HOMEBOUND, TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE CENTER, SOCIAL SERVICES, OUTREACH, INFORMATION AND REFERRALS. THE $TAND BY ME 50+ PROGRAM PROVIDES FINANCIAL COACHING AND WORKSHOPS FOR PEOPLE OVER AGE 50, BENEFITS SCREENING AND APPLICATION ASSISTANCE, AND FINANCIAL LITERACYTHE CAREGIVER RESOURCE CENTER INCLUDES RESOURCES FOR CAREGIVERS CARING FOR ELDERLY AND/OR SICK RELATIVES IN THEIR HOMES. ADDITIONALLY, THE GRANDPARENT RESOURCE CENTER PROVIDES PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR GRANDPARENTS WHO ARE RAISING THEIR GRANDCHILDREN; INCLUDING INFORMATION REFERRALS, CASE MANAGEMENT, CRISIS INTERVENTION.
