TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES FREE NON EMERGENCY MEDICAL AND SHOPPING TRANSPORTATION TO SENIOR CITIZENS, THE DISABLED AND RURAL RESIDENTS. TRANSPORTATION IS ALSO PROVIDED TO OTHER POPULATIONS IN NEED INCLUDING JOB TRAINING, DAY CARE, ETC.
COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES FOOD, HOUSING ASSISTANCE HVAC, REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND OUTREACH SERVICES.
IN HOME SERVICES PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PREVENT THE UNNECESSARY INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF SENIOR CITIZENS BY PROVIDING PROGRAMS SUCH AS RESPITE, ADULT FAMILY CARE, AND PERSONAL CARE DESIGNED TO HELP THE CLIENT REMAIN IN THE COMMUNITY. THE PROGRAMS ALSO PROVIDE SUPPORT COORDINATION SERVICES FOR THOSE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
