MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC: THE CLINIC PROVIDES MENTAL HEALTH CARE TO ADULTS AGED 55 AND OVER THROUGHOUT NEW YORK CITY AND VIA TELEHEALTH. SERVICES INCLUDE PSYCHIATRIC ASSESSMENTS AND EVALUATIONS, HEALTH SCREENINGS, INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY, MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, COORDINATION OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH CARE, AND SPECIALIZED SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING. THE CLINIC PROVIDES OVER 21,288 VISITS ANNUALLY TO 553 CLIENTS. THE CLINIC IS LICENSED BY THE NEW YORK STATE OFFICE OF MENTAL HEALTH.
PERSONALIZED RECOVERY ORIENTED SERVICES (PROS): PROS IS A COMPREHENSIVE RECOVERY ORIENTED PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH SEVERE AND PERSISTENT MENTAL ILLNESS. GERIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH INITIATIVE: PROVIDES DEPRESSION AND SUBSTANCE USE SCREENING AND COUNSELING TO HOMEBOUND CLIENTS. WE PROVIDE BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES FOR ADULTS OF ALL AGES, OFFERING GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT TO RECENTLY WIDOWED PERSONS. IN ADDITION, THROUGH OUR EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAM, WE OFFER EDUCATION AND TRAINING SESSIONS ON MENTAL HEALTH AND AGING ISSUES IN THE COMMUNITY.
