THE TRUST FUND WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS BY MAKING TARGETED SELECTIONS OF CERTAIN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS TO RECOVER WORK TRADITIONALLY PERFORMED BY EMPLOYERS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR EMPLOYEES.
