THE ORGANIZATION USES A 23-POINT CRITERIA TO DETERMINE WHAT IS BEST FOR AN INDIVIDUAL, COMMUNITY AND THE PLANET. CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, AND DEMONSTRATIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC TO LEARN HOW TO PREPARE AND COOK CLEAN MEALS.
