THE TRUST PROVIDES SUBSIDIES TO UNION CONTRACTORS THROUGH THE RESPECTIVE TRUST FUNDS IN ORDER FOR THE UNION CONTRACTORS TO BE COMPETITIVE WITH NON-UNION CONTRACTORS IN THE MARKET.
