AHARO HAWAII ("AHARO") IS A VIRTUAL ACCOUNTABLE CARE ORGANIZATION RESPONSIBLE TO THE COMMUNITY ELECTED GOVERNING BOARDS OF FIVE FEDERALLY QUALIFIED COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER (FQHCS) MEMBERS: BAY CLINIC, INC., HAMAKUA HEALTH CENTER, WAIMANALO HEALTH CENTER, MOLOKAI COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER AND WAIANAE COAST COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CENTER.
