Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
RUN HARD. REST WELL. IS A THOUGHT LEADER IN THE ARENA OF RESTORATIVE WELLNESS. IN 2023, WE HELD NEARLY 90 IN-PERSON AND ONLINE EVENTS: WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, RETREATS, AND KEYNOTE SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS. IN ADDITION TO STAFF EVENTS THAT IGNITE A PASSION FOR RESTORATIVE WELLNESS, WE ARE NOW ACTIVELY MOVING INTO ORGANIZATIONS TO CREATE LASTING CULTURAL CHANGE BY "KEEPING THE CONVERSATION GOING". WELLNESS AS WE KNOW IT IS NOT WORKING. WE DON'T NEED A NEW WELLNESS PROGRAM. WE NEED A PARADIGM SHIFT. RESTORATIVE WELLNESS IS A NEW PARADIGM THAT GIVES PEOPLE PERMISSION TO STRATEGICALLY STOP AND REST GUILT-FREE IN CONJUNCTION WITH COWORKERS, FAMILY, AND FRIENDS. WE ARE RECOGNIZING THAT RESTORATIVE WELLNESS IS A SOCIAL INNOVATION THAT REQUIRES STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIVE INITIATIVES. PLEASE SEE SCHEDULE O FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
