AWESOME'S SIGNATURE EVENT - A SYMPOSIUM HELD ANNUALLY - BRINGS TOGETHER WOMEN IN DIVERSE SENIOR LEADERSHIP ROLES THROUGHOUT SUPPLY CHAIN. THIS EVENT FOR LEADERS IN THE AWESOME COMMUNITY FEATURES DISCUSSIONS, UP-CLOSE CONVERSATIONS, OUT-IN-FRONT PRESENTATIONS, AND INTERACTIVE DIALOGUE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVANCING WOMEN'S SUPPLY CHAIN LEADERSHIP. THE ANNUAL "AWESOME LEGENDARY LEADERSHIP (ALL)" AWARD IS PRESENTED AS PART OF THE SYMPOSIUM.
AWESOME PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO SEVERAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS MAJORING IN SUPPLY CHAIN RELATED FIELDS OF STUDY. THESE SCHOLARSHIPS SUPPORT THEIR TUITION.
AWESOME HOSTS A VARIETY OF EVENTS BOTH VIRTUALLY AND IN PERSON DESIGNED TO DISCUSS INNOVATION, TRANSFORMATION, STRATEGIES, AND ADDRESS CHALLENGES CURRENTLY IMPACTING OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN FIELD. THE TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP PANELS, LIGHTNING ROUNDS, CROSS-INDUSTRY COLLABORATIONS, AND OTHER WORKSHOPS ARE DEDICATED TO RAISING THE VISIBILITY OF WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP THROUGHOUT THE SUPPLY CHAIN INDUSTRY. BY ENGAGING LEADERS TO SERVE AS EXPERT SPEAKERS AND PANELISTS TO LEAD THESE EVENTS, IT FOSTERS COLLABORATIONS WITH OTHERS IN THE PROFESSION TO IMPROVE THE CLIMATE FOR ADVANCING WOMEN.
