THIS PROJECT IS ACHIEVING THE INTENDED RESULTS BOTH IN PROVIDING BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES AND IN CREATING COMMUNITY HEALTH APPROACH FOCUSED ON EXPANDING OUR EXISTING HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED MENTAL HEALTH DRUG ABUSE TREATMENT AND HOME HEALTH BY ADDING PRIMARY CARE TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES TO MEDICALLY UNINSURED AND UNDERINSURED INDIVIDUALS IN SAINT LOUIS CITY COUNTIES AND RURAL AREAS. TO ASSIST IN ACHIEVING THESE GOALS FOR CITY AND RURAL COMMUNITIES THE ORGANIZATION PURCHASED A MOBILE MEDICAL CLINIC AND OPEN OFFICE IN RURAL AREA AND HIRING OF ADDITIONAL STAFF AND CLINICIANS.
MAT-PDOA EXPANSION PROJECT PROVIDED MEDICATION ASSISTANT TREATMENT SERVICES FOR PERSON WITH OPIOID USE DISORDER SEEKING TO RECEIVE MEDICATION ASSISTANT TREATMENT. HI-TECH CHARITIES CONTINUES ITS MISSION OF WORKING WITH THE HOMELESS VETERANS AND INDIVIDUALS CHOOSING TO PARTICIPATE IN RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES AND THOSE SUFFERING FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE BY MEANS OF OPIOID.
